chan: cannot like that la bro. 3 Scud...mana boleh. Lol. Nice Enzo's bro. All of them Elite?

thenewaddiction: Congrats on the new Fezza's. How's the CS? Heard it has ride height problems but looks fine in your picture.
*
thanks bro.. nahh its fine actually.. it may look a little high but its okay really..any lower and it would look too close to the wheel arch like the 458 italia. I'm very happy all round with the CS's casting and attention to detail.
i think, so far its the best Elite I've come across and then its the 599 GTO. but I'm rather disappointed with the 458 Italia.
Like, the extra cost you pay for an elite, you're not getting much in return from just a standard hot wheels 1:18.
oh well smile.gif maybe I'm going to hv to save up for a BBR one. XD

chan: i see. Hard to tell the F430 isn't an elite. Looks really good!

thenewaddiction: Ah. That's good. Planning to get one but hesitant due to the ride height issue. I've not seen the non-elite 458 but I've heard good things about it. Perhaps it's Hotwheels stepping up with their non-elite range because some of their older models were just crap. lol.

and also...BBR would probably be even more NOT worth it compare to the Elite. Lol. 3 times the price but no opening parts??
*
there is this one Resin 458 with opening parts.. it came out on Diecast Empires page on Facebook..
he was selling it, and it stated there something like, "the first resin with opening parts"
wait, lemme find the link...

there biggrin.gif now i think thats pretty worth it..

I'm looking for that.. wanna sell it? let me knw biggrin.gif cuz i dunno where to find it.. my project will be a permanent diorama.. its gonna be pretty big too.. getting some help frm some architecture students. haha i swear, its going to be a pain buying all the stuff.. where can i find the flooring though? did you just made the parking bay line on your own? plus, i like your shutters and all..can close and open. wonderful work bro! haha.. i hope my project turns out great. lol

bryant: congrats!! Gunmetal rims definitely makes it looks 10x better!!

lkwanz: haha. me too! tho nowadays I don't on the lights that often coz one battery can last about 4-5 hours only and each cost about 5 bucks!! lol

yiha: lol. Sky is the boss here. He got expensive taste!  biggrin.gif  If you want reasonable 1/12, you can try motormax SLR Mclaren or their Ford GT.

thenewaddiction: haha. thanks bro. I got that lift from a shop in Melbourne. Not cheap tho. Around RM200. My dio is very simple actually. floor and walls are made up of mounting board and the floor is just another mounting board with some yellow tape. Others, well just let you creativity run free. haha. and you've got architecture students to help you out, we shall be expecting some LED lights? hehe.
*
Can let me know whats the shop called and where it is in Melb?
gonna ask my friend to help get it for me. lol
Hopefully, they're gonna design the thing for me and just help with like, the structure..but I hope they can.. they're all so busy.. can only help me during free time.. LED lightings for the ceiling i think definitely add on. haha other i dunno..
hope they hv great ideas to help me out XD

Has any of you guys ordered die casts/accesories etc directly from the manufacturers website?
cuz I just ordered some stuff from TrueScale Miniatures website for my upcoming Garage Diorama Project...
shipping alone costs like 150bucks + .. but i guess, because its frm the company itself...it should be safe right? :/

Added on August 27, 2011, 9:54 pmChan27: btw bro.. where did you buy the Enzo Schumacher ed frm? thats the red with beige interior one right? i really like it! dunno where to get sad.gif

is it held with magnate? Because mine is sorta like a "clip-on" thing.

bryant: noooo...more R35. Cannot poison ppl like bro.

and also...looks like the hood doesn't align properly in your first picture?
*
if you look properly.. the rear window has a magnet pulling thing with the body..
the front wind-screen is like a clip.. but the rear is held by magnet. i think its magnet, cuz when you put it close the body, it'll pull towards it.. n when i turn it upside down.. the roof won't come off.. hmm.gif
