i have similar obliques like yours. however i've started doing this oblique exercise called double twist every other day. i think its working my oblique out. so pros, is there any better oblique exercise that can focus the part. i mean like an advanced exercise. i like to feel the burn smile.gif

well u dont have to go to gym to the exercise. can do it at home. u just go youtube type 'double twist oblique' or something like that. see how it is done. i usually do it until i get to feel the burn. i just follow a normal diet like any other person. have a try smile.gif

Yeah read stickies. Also, bring up your upper body to have a v taper and consequently an illusion of a smaller waist.

wat obliques? u mean your "love handles"? first cut the body fat, only then can u see ur obliques. u can eat chapatti or wholemeal bread, high fiber crackers or any of the other carbo starches, but just make sure u take no more than the equivalent calories of 3 spoonfuls of rice per meal -works for me!
