Haha. No la but TQ. Dunno how to play around w all tis res props. At least I dun need to hav much headache when it comes to commercial or industrial. No need to furnish. Just kosong kosong n let tenant do it. Afterall if u reno nice ofis oso, they ll tell u not suitable la, room not enuff la, room too small la etc etc. But nowadays susah to get good tenant for shops la. 1 of my tenant leaving next mth but stop paying 2 mths ago. Said she wan discount la, place dirty la. Hey, tats ur job to keep de unit clean rite, i assumed. Haha, anyway just let it b la. Dun wanna argue oledi. Nanti panas baran I ask few nego kan kao her. Haha. Joking onli.

Personally, I'll skip this UOA project for 1 reason. The condo's name - Le Yuan. Hahahaha.

- apply loan
- sign s&p within 14 days
- pay remaining of the 10% upon signing s&p..

that's all for now till you sign the s&p..

today they are opened for UOA members already...seems like tomorrow will left those big one for the public...

What a lousy name for this condo.. Speechless that UOA come up with this name.. Somehow it brings the cemetery kind of feel to me.

i hear people say the name of the condo is call le yuan =医院 meaning is hospital.

people ask you where are u stay? u say i stay in le yuan = 医院
what u stay in hospital ?
