Just kosong kosong n let tenant do it. Afterall if u reno nice ofis oso, they ll tell u not suitable la, room not enuff la, room too small la etc etc. But nowadays susah to get good tenant for shops la. 1 of my tenant leaving next mth but stop paying 2 mths ago. Said she wan discount la, place dirty la. Hey, tats ur job to keep de unit clean rite, i assumed. Haha, anyway just let it b la. Dun wanna argue oledi. Nanti panas baran I ask few nego kan kao her.
