I think this one will be more valuable if its on the other side aka the btr kemuning utama side. This side mus wait fr the traffic light in the evening n morning also plus everyday mus go thru the sri muda crowd

Kesas Highway also jam ler every single morning... those staying in K.Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Kemuning Utama, and Bandar Botanic all also endure the same traffic horror of Kesas Hgwy. Both going to work and coming back home... so is the same...

Any KU Suites owners here sending lawyer letter to Paramount on the 3 Phase to 1 Phase Supply changes? Any advise how to go about it?

If were me, i will stand for it and not accept offer from paramount.

For me smaller unit single phase is sufficient, no point to take legal action, Sue here and there, Paramount Come to surrender., Pay 5k!As the developer already foresee some buyer may take legal action!

If developer build one less bathroom, then pay u 30k to compensate you want?

I think same story for this.

do you read the SPA before, If they built less 2Sqf, so compensate you RM900 only (let say you brought RM450 psf). What can you do? demolish the whole building and rebuild again?
