Real life experiences?
Prepare and deal with injuries.Don't back off when you face injuries, take some time to recover and go all out again. (p/s: I've gained 3kgs since back injured and stop majority of workouts for almost a month. Mostly fats though.But glad enough that I still have the same waistline, arm measurement.But my legs' muscles are losing their definition.(Quads may get back into one piece all over again)ZZZ...) |
