Last Sat, couldn't connect to Internet (VOIP light = red, WLAN light = orange).
Call UNIFI and they came to fix it on Monday.
Apparently, my cable in the MDF room tercabut.

Yesterday (Wednesday), same thing happened. Can't connect again. Call UNIFI and the available time slot for techinician is only tomorrow morning... vmad.gif
I guess the cable tercabut again... Really WTF!!!!

BTW, the speed really slow for the past 2 days, managed to get download speed <20kbps only for all filesharing sites...

Sometimes when others in yr area/same block with your unit apply for unifi, TM installers have to trace their copper line. It can happen sometimes. Happened several time to a few of my friends and also customer.

I personally tried several times to connect. It never did. Tried in TTDI secret recipe once. So frustrating.

unifi got quota for download 60gb only right , just doubt 60gb can download how many 2 hour movie?
*
Not yet implement yet.
2 hour movie depends what format/quality.
If Blu-Ray movie file size can go up to 38GB per title. You do the maths.

Is there a way that a Biz 5 user be able to watch HappyTV?  If so, what is the additional hardware etc that are required?

Thank you.

The iptv is down again in kajang. However Internet seems ok albeit slow connection to international sites.

Regarding unifi cs, for me they are pretty efficient. I filed a report via occ tonight regarding my iptv issues and they called me around 30 mins later to inquire more and they submit another report ticket afterwards to relevant support.

No hassle, no need to call and waste your money.

This is my second report via unifi occ. The same level of service. Not just rare cases.

hi ppl,

i'm going to install my unifi tommorow before i install i would like to get few opinion.

1.) how the wifi connectivity ? is it good ? ( because i tend to install it in the living room and using wifi usb for my desktop.

2.) any good recommendation for wifi usb brand ?

3.) if room no tv can i install in my room ?
*
1) Depends totally on barriers such as (walls, doors, partitions etc)

2) Any brand will do actually, however wired will be the best option.

3) Can install anywhere, as long as the RJ45 cable is long enough. (additional installation charge apply)
