QUOTE(yngwie @ Oct 1 2011, 05:24 PM) well, a guy offered to buy my waja last time. he said it was better than his 1.8 civic year 2007 in term of handling and power. barely lose out on nvh due to bad door closing sound(worn out rubber). i was reluctant to let it go. more power and better handling? your car stock or modded? 102bhp vs 140bhp weyh the other day he come back and tabled a higher offer. kinda tempted...if the deal go through, i can goodbye to waja thread already. shiyau@ just drain out the atf completely and replaced with fresh atf. it will be just fine. if problem persist, you should 3bond with ThunderGod_Cid@ elton. my friend's waja used to be sluggish, after a 3bond, he told me it even changed gear at 6.5k rpm which is fine for auto! in terms of handling, the civic should be better right since it have a stiffer suspension setup also. Only thing i noticed was that my Waja's ride is plusher than my mom's Civic since its riding on softer suspension setup |

Yesterday went up genting with one of my friend and managed to test out my car's performance and handling.
nothing much to shout about, only thing i noticed on the downhill run was that my rear tires kinda sucks. was drizzling~raining like that so the road was wet, on some of the corners can feel my rear tires sliding and gaining traction when i straighten it out. was using engine braking on gear 2 the whole time and was taking some corners around 50~60. |

QUOTE(buyoq @ Oct 6 2011, 01:28 PM) yah.just like evo.. its limited to 184 if not mistaken. Though my personal high speed record was 190 on the speedo, which is around 10~kmh slower than GPS speed.example, when reach 180,engine will automatically drop the speed. waja have d function ? To remove the limiter, go contact Thundergod |

QUOTE(dares @ Oct 10 2011, 09:48 PM) Um...I was told that our roads have a very slight inclination to the sides for water drainage purposes, which is why the car will always go left (sometimes right) when you release the wheel. I don't know whether that's true, but all the cars I drove (Saga, Wira, Vios, Waja) all tend to go to the left, but seldom or never to the right. My Waja not so noticable, but it's there. Just came back from alignment and adjusting the camber of all 4 wheels. Now camber set to -1.10 Or maybe I'm just very unlucky because all the cars I drive have bad alignment. btw guys, whats the normal price for camber adjustment and alignment? QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Oct 10 2011, 10:18 PM) If want change the cable, any idea how much it'll cost, sexy? you mean the dude on automotive garage who sells his own DIY product and have 90+ pages? Yeah was thinking about that initially but still contemplating whether is it worth it or should i invest in other products instead I saw that you're into audio rite? go for erictioh voltage stabilizer, it would be well spent. QUOTE(blo0dLuSt @ Oct 11 2011, 04:54 PM) same here i also got this problem. huhu btw guys if waja mkn mnyak hitam (take long time) but no white smoke its maybe from leaking rite? stevie? mine now after adjusting the camber the wheel is pretty straight already now, though it still curves to the left sometimes but thats coz of the road inclination like what dares explained QUOTE(yngwie @ Oct 11 2011, 07:41 PM) none. been using it for more than a year. so good grounding the effect will be alot more noticeable compared to a simple VS eh? Will check on that. I think Elton is selling some grounding products also right? Time to give him another ring when i have some spare cash then in fact, my lousy waja is on all round bar. just that i need the 2 size 12 holes on the firewall which was occupied by the 3 point bar for extra final project and am done. mostly placebo effect. get a cheap one with voltage indicator. so that you will be able to monitor the the battery voltage. else, a simple but properly done grounding and choice of good cables will be just fine. grounding point at engine and alternator, also spark plug, throttle body and gearbox to + terminal and grounding is fine. some may require left and right grounding point thou. effect ; smoother operation of electronic thing. |

QUOTE(dares @ Oct 13 2011, 01:08 PM) Guys know any good place to do alignment and balancing in the Cheras Area(Near Tesco Extra)? Especially someplace that can do good on-wheel balancing. woahhhh what shop is that weyh? mind telling? so that everybody can avoid that place I'm being very cautious since last time I was like an idiot got sold a whole set of expired tyres for full price. |

Yeap its a Kelisa. I think he lives around my house. Saw that car a few times around the neighbourhood. Last time ants entered my car also after i parked it under a tree. It left a week or 2 after that though without me doing anything. While my old Kelisa ants were living in it for years
