1 lot of share = 1000 units

Dividend = 4.83 sen per unit.
1 lot of share gets RM0.0483 x 1000 = RM48.30 (subject to tax)

if go to 1.020 i wanna take out my FD to whack it dy.. haha

yes bro, all matched. i queue early, that time already 1.05 but i still got all matched at 1.04~

I believe you can queue for lower... since Rights Issue will start trading.

The right issue "right" start trading has nothing to do with the mothershare.

The newly share issued from the right issue is not yet done.
It is trading of the right start tomorrow.

1. If i have 5 lot of amfirst, i get 3 lots of rights?

2. Do i have to pay for it? or is it free of charge?

2. You have to pay for each rights unit at RM0.83/unit. Rights Issues need to pay with bank draft. Bonus Issues is FOC.

cannot man, i wanna maintain at least 50% inside FD in case i found my dream house and need pay downpayment immediately. FD can withdraw easily ma REITs is for long term investment, dont want to sell if not forced to. hope 1 day the dividends enough for me to pay car loan/house loan i happy already.
