Hye there guys...
My cue tip needs to replaced and i dont how to do it...
How much does it cost to send it to be replaced...?
*
doesn't cost much but you must know the cue tips you are using...anywhere from free to rm15...

most players now are using compressed cue tips, which are harder than the normal cue tips...

this compressed cue tips are actually your normal tips that are compressed together for a period to make it harder..

this gives the additional "power" in your shots...

you should look out for cue tips in this order:
1) blue diamond tips
2) omin tips
3) elk master tips

jh..you should seriously consider giving out "cue maintenance stints" in arena... smile.gif

am waiting to do a write up for you...

keep it in the aluminum case as it protects your cue..i felt shy at first too but seriously its better than screwing up your cue isn't it..

Hi all,

I'm a snooker fan from Penang. I started to play casually during my college time (2002/2003). Now i started to play every friday night at Jupiter One Stop. I'm still a learner.

I'm thinking of buying a snooker cue in the near future. Can i know where can i buy a snooker cue and how much does it cost? Anyway, is it necessary for beginners like me to own a snooker cue?

its best for every snooker players, even beginners to have their own cue..no matter a beginner or not, it is still best to have a cue that has a same feel so that everytime you will be improving on the same cue feel...blah... i dunno whether that is the right way to say it or not sweat.gif

i have read most of all the discussion in this forum. Looks like O'min and John Parris cue caught my attention the most. Can i know where can i get them in Penang? How much is the market price for the cue in Penang? Hope some Penangites can help me..

Besides that i found Ace Snooker Centre in Penang very good but i wonder why ACE in KL not good.

you're right orenzai...

the most important thing in snooker is consistency and not form...if you count on playing form you'll be very frustrated everytime you play...

a personal cue is an instrument that will help you maintain that consistency...no matter you're a beginner or pro, having a personal cue helps you step up your game...

asimo, so what budget do you have for a cue?
