that's not so good as it may accumulate interest, right ? and yet they didn't transfer the funds to Citibank.

For CIMB BT payment, is the following correct ?

1st Statement Received - Pay minimum 5% before due date
2nd Statement Received - Pay minimum 5% before due date
3rd Statement Received - Pay minimum 5% before due date
4th Statement Received - Pay minimum 5% before due date
5th Statement Received - Pay minimum 5% before due date
6th Statement Received - Pay whole outstanding amount before due date

If you paid late, you will be charged interest....

If we have an Existing BT account with CIMB and we BT another amount, would we get 2 separate accounts or lump into one single account ?

That's nice... time to move more BT over to CIMB and put funds in 1-month FD :-)

How many business days it took to get approved ?
We just submit the CIMB BT account to Maybank, right ?

Can we BT from Maybankard2 AMEX balance to CIMB 0% 6-month BT program?

In my CIMB BT application, I put 2 credit cards (Maybank & SCB) in one application form.
Would I get
A. 2 BT accounts
B. 1 single BT account
C. join into an existing BT account

Today just submitted another BT application from SCB to CIMB...let's see how many days to be approved and how soon SCB account is paid.

Do you think that CIMB will accept the Account Details screen (from M2U) as the CC statement to be submitted with the application form ?

MBB takes ages to generate the PDF statement.

This is considered as Cash advanced at 8.88% per annum....

Wanted to BT from Maybank to CIMB... and you send the M2U screenshot together with CIMB BT application form.
Either way...my Maybank statement already generated after 2 days.

CIMB Balance Transfer (From SCB)
- Faxed in documents on 26 April, 10am
- Application approved on 29 April, 4pm
- BT Account created in CIMBClicks on 4 May
- Paid to credit card on 5 May

4 Business Days to approve... MBB should learn from CIMB.

This CIMB BT program is getting addictive... every month can put CC payments into FD to earn some interest (should consider mini cash-backs)
- very efficient in processing
- can pay minimum 5% each month until full balance payment on the 6th Statement
- separate BT accounts from main CC
- found a very good use for my first CC (>10 years), else would have canned it.
