@MilesAndMore :
1. Does MBB split the 12-month 0% BT amount into 12 equal payments ?
2. Separate account or combine into the CC ?
Balance Transfer, What is it actually???

QUOTE(milentechie @ Mar 17 2011, 12:06 PM) OCBC is super efficient. Just faxed the BT application form this morning. A few hours later, I can see the BT amount charged into my Titanium online statement. However, it is not reflected yet in my Citibank online statement. that's not so good as it may accumulate interest, right ? and yet they didn't transfer the funds to Citibank.I assumed there is no interest charged during the 6 months period although the BT amount is showing in the statement. Hope my assumption is right. |

Do you think that CIMB will accept the Account Details screen (from M2U) as the CC statement to be submitted with the application form ?
MBB takes ages to generate the PDF statement. |

Either way...my Maybank statement already generated after 2 days. |

This CIMB BT program is getting addictive... every month can put CC payments into FD to earn some interest (should consider mini cash-backs)
- very efficient in processing - can pay minimum 5% each month until full balance payment on the 6th Statement - separate BT accounts from main CC - found a very good use for my first CC (>10 years), else would have canned it. This post has been edited by ronnie: May 3 2011, 12:03 AM |
