About Pieters, he sounds good enough to be our LB..but the Lyon guy Cissokho sounds good too..wouldnt mind 2 quality LB..Pardew did say he wanted 1 LB and 1 striker even before Jose left and he did say whoever went, he will try replace so I wouldnt mind 2 LB..im sure we'll get one of them..difference between them is Pieters is a very defensive minded LB and doesnt go up in attack as much..Cissokho does..but either one would do just fine for us..

Im more concerned about the striker search..apparently we turned down that South Korean striker..Mike Ashley is such a dumb ass..if u wanna get even richer, sign up an Asian player..even better if its Japanese or South Korean and the club profile would sky rocket in Asia not to mention shirt sales would also boom..heck..Sports Diect might even open up in Japan or South Korea to go along with the one in Subang..but Ashely is just clueless so he doesnt force Pardew to sign up the guy like he usually forces Pardew to sell one of our players..

so who is the striker we're getting? Bendtner? Odomwingie? Maiga? Rodallega? Maynard? Or one of Spurs' strikers? Time will tell.....

What the hell, pardew gonna sign a new GK? we need a LB and ST ... not GK for god sake

Well..Fraser Forster is now on loan at Celtic..that leaves 2 senior keepers..if u add the 2 young keeper Alnwick and Soderberg then yes 4..it does seem rather pointless bringing in another keeper right now but for me it means one thing..we're seeing the end of Steve Harper at the club..which is sad..the longest serving player at the club since 1993 and he's been displaced..

I really hope he stays at the club till the end of the season, retire, then become some sort of coach for us and then have his testimonial at SJP..dont want to see him play in goal for another club..I've gotten over seeing Shay Given play for others now but Steve Harper is a Geordie just like Shearer was so u would hope he doesnt need to find another club to play football..
