Im going to get this one soon after all the good reviews. I have a few question though.

1. How is the battery life if i constantly take pictures, like 500 pictures a day.

2. How is the screen like, is it easily scratchable.

3. Can i install garmin or papago in this phone?

4. Can i view .xls or .doc file ?

Im kinda new to android and this would be my 1st android phone.

500 pictures on the phone - isn't that an overkill. It'd be a better solution to use any of those compact cameras but at 500 shots, I don't think the camera battery can sustain if you are taking at fine resolution
As saying goes : get the right tool for the right job

1. Battery life is good depending on your usage right? Each people is different.
BTW, which camera can survive 500 pictures a day? shakehead.gif shocking.gif Have to be a little realistic blush.gif

2. Gorilla glass. If you read the review, you should know it has gorilla glass and you should know how good it is.

3. Again, yes, I think this has been stated soooo many times on the forum already hmm.gif

4. I am using Doc to Go so no problem here. Not sure about others.

It's a normal thing with the SGS2, and I do the secret hack thing often (because it doesn't stick).

One of the MAIN issues IMHO with the SGS2, far outranking the screen peculiarities, battery drain and "der pink spot" in my book, as it interferes with the SGS2's MAIN function - being a phone.

Funny because on my old iPong, the earpiece was so loud everybody else could hear what I was talking about (which is an problem in its own right) - that is, if I could hold a good signal and didn't drop the call in the first place (very REAL issue with the iPhone that iSheep in urban areas like to pretend never exists).

Thanks, anyone knows if they's or will be permanent solution to this low volume issue?

1. its primarily a phone not a camera. get the normal p&s (less than rm400) or dslr.

2. no. it's scratch -resistant although not scratch proof.

3. yes. but again, get a dedicated gps device if u plan to use it extensively.

4. yes. edit also can.
