Guys, noob question.. i just got sony ericsson X10i yesterday. But how can i restore a backup data from my previous Samsung Galaxy Fit? I need my old contacts from my Samsung Galaxy Fit s5670 to Sony Ericsson X10i.

Install MyBackup Root in your Galaxy Fit. Choose Backup --> Data --> Local --> Tick Messages, Contacts, Call Logs, etc.(choose what you want) --> OK --> Done.

Copy the folder 'rerware' from your Galaxy Fit's SD card to your X10's SD card and restore from X10 via MyBackup Root(Restore --> Data --> Local --> Choose the date --> Check All --> Done.

Also, be sure to enable busybox in MyBackup settings(Menu button --> Settings(or Preferences?) --> Enable Busybox Support(or something like that) so that it'd be faster.

P.s. I don't know if the Galaxy Fit is Android, if it is, then you're good to go with this, just make sure it's rooted.

Owh, is there any other way without root? N yah, Samsung Galaxy Fit is android phone.

I'm not sure, but you can try the non-root version of MyBackup.

Your Fit contacts should be synced to Google Contacts. Once you enter the same Gmail account in your X10i, your contacts should automatically sync again.

This is the simplest method
I am using this method when I was upgrading from 1.6 to 2.1 then 2.3.3 When I using 1.6 and 2.1 I did not root my phone

Sy punya hp dh upgrade pd 2.3.3. selama yg sy pakai, 2 kali je restart. 1st time restart sbb dia mcm hang. 2nd time dia restart masa tgh tgk yutiub via internet. Satu lagi 'masalah' ialah, lepas guna apa2 apps yg guna gps, logo gps pada taskbar kat atas tu x ilang walaupun dh off kan gps. mcm nk buat ek? without restarting the hp

guys my house currently using unifi bt problem on my x10i cz i couldnt scan d wifi..i hav tried restartd phone n d router few times bt couldnt wrk well..
isit d setting of x10i or router went wrong?currently using official rom 2.3.3..

installed version 6, but stuck at android logo..

try cabut sdcard and start phone spt biasa... kalau sumer ok, maksud nya sdcard bermasalah...
format sdcard... of kos, save/backup la apa yg patut

ntah.. tak pernah jumpa masalah mcm ni...mungkin gps apps still running in background kot...

phone connect to wifi lain ada problem? kalau takde, the unifi nyer router la problem... check setting, specially channel number... takleh set above dr channel 11 kalau tak silap.... try google la, saya dpt info ni pun dr googlesearch...

i've had this problem sometimes dulu. not sure apa solution but apparently now problem ni dah hilang sendiri hehe. rasanya after updated to WB V6 kot

how long you've waited? kadang² nak start after flashing mmg lama and ada a few random reboots after that. cer try biar je lama sket. if it's TOO long sampai habis battery then flash again la kot

guys..statistic display on quadrant is it accurate?

my x10 is laggy on 2.3.3 . how bout u guys?
even before i installed anything.

Yes, laggier than Froyo. I flashed the FPS uncap update and it become a totally different phone. You should try it too! Root required.

root n remove bloatware using Titanium backup...
(Event stream engine, media server, Timescapes, setup guide, Google Maps, data monitor/traffic, fav & call log, media discovery, playNow, Sony Sync, weather widget, widgets on/off) I removed all these, and stock perform quite well... if u want better, flash Wolf V6 custom rom.. even better....

phone cannot access Sdcard? nak senang, copy jer semua sdcard content to PC, reformat sdcard using phone, then masukkan balik dlm phone.. trial n error bro...

Noob question here, If I root (which (recommended one) shud I use) , and can offical 2.3.3 be installed after it been rooted?
