Anyone know how to change the lockscreen and icon without install any launcher ?

It's new no idea.. Doesn't look like many users tested it too. If you want a good stable ROM it would be TEAM ROM

using zmod vmod ROM with ADW launcher.

few days ago i change to GO Launcher, starting this point, the performance of the phone and battery usage gone crazy.

after i use GO launcher, battery level drops insanely from fully charged to 80% withn 1 hour without any usage at all!!! then constant lagging...
eg, i charged my phone to 100%, then i leave it on my desk for 1 hour, the battery level drops to 80%. then i unlock the screen and want to use the phone, sms..call...etc..after i use the phone, when i want to slide the screen, it seems a bit lag. then there come major problem. i use my phone as modem to connect to internet (using pdanet), after i done surfing internet, i close the application, hell, my phone is like hang when i open ANY application. then it restarts by itself.

all this happen after i install GO Launcher. here is the question, is third party launcher can cause all this problems? if so, i want to re-flash the ROM.(before using GO Launcher, the performance is great and battery last at least 1 days with minimal usage, well, at least the battery level wont drop from 100 to 80 within 1 hour)

if third party launcher does not cause this, what seems to be the problem/cause?

That's weird I never experienced that with GoLauncher before.. try looking at Battery Use? see what's using battery the most?

also dial *#*#4636#*#* and tap on Usage Statistics see if it's GoLauncher..

Maybe you need to recalibrate battery as well.

As for the lag and force closes/hang try to clear cache, dalvik cache and fix permissions.

I choosed samsung coz it has ability to do "native video call" not like iphone and htc/SE/motorola which a IP based Video call..

I choosed SGR because.. for gaming lor.. at least can overclock up to 1.3ghz (at the moment)..

then it equipped with 1GB of ram... Optimus 2x only has 512MB.. and its kinda late for O2X to taste Gingerbread..
and I heard no ICS support next year..

SGR multitouch has 5 points... internal 8gb (only 4gb for user), 2gb rom,
my SGR oc up to 1.3ghz while playing games.. temp up to 32c-35c only.. way better than X10 which heat up to 42C ones..

Not the home screen one, but inside the menu..

You can only do with with custom launchers like GoLauncher, launcherpro and etc etc..

Actually i do some research b4, and i found there is one call APK Edit 0.4 which could edit the icon..but still dont understand how it rili works?
