6. Install custom zip --> x10_build.prop_v2.zip
7. Wipe Cache
8. Advanced --> Wipe Dalvik Cache

No no don't need to flash the kernel anymore..

THJap included the latest in V11 .zip already.. he never made seperate packages(which is bad for us with Unlocked Bootloaders)

No, x10_build.prop_v2.zip is required or your phone will be recognized as SO-O1C instead of X10.

is there a way change lock screen wallpaper but not changing home screen wallpaper ? ? i try WidgetLocker Lockscreen but it seems like laggy

damn, i can't flash kernel on my phone using the flashtools.

but i can root it with zerg method.

yes, and i tried all version (2.x, 4.x and 5.x) with the same result. flash aborted.

zerg method i used was based on batch file created by doomsomething.

Guys, need some advices here. my hp charged from 12am to 7am but it can't charge to full. first time is charged till 22%, 2nd time ( today ) charged till 56%. is it my battery spoiled? or it just that i need to wipe battery stat? i dont think its my charger problem cz my frn hp can be charged. @@ and another problem is my contact suddenly all gone and all my settings also reset to default. I installed skype but all the linking like like to contact also gone as well. Actually i installed skype, viber, whatsapp and line. just whatsapp show on my contact. I wonder what going wrong with my hp. I bought in on Jan 2011. still left warranty now. any sifu know how to solve plz help me T_T thanks in advanced!!

Uh, I don't think you have unlocked your bootloader yet. Flashing a kernel for unlocked bootloaders (which only can be flashed via Flashtool) requires your phone to have its bootloader unlocked.

No disadvantages, but there is a risk of bricking your phone in case if it get disconnected while in the process of unlocking it. But it takes less than 10 seconds, really.

Advantages...yeah. You can use kernels designed for unlocked bootloaders. Since the unlocking thing is still new, there's not much you can get except better custom kernels.

Yeah, he did. The last version of his ROM I used... was very bad. I think I'm going to try the latest version while waiting for ICS.
