Hi, having problem when reflash cm7 rom from andro-id rc3 via cwm recovery.


After install Andro-id RC3 rom via SUT LR, i decided went back to edowar cm7, then i flash the cm7 thru cwm recovery (fullwipe & install zip)

I end up stuck at the "ANDRO-ID" logo during reboot, now I flash back to andro-id rc3 via SUT again.

May I know how to flash CM7 rom from Andro-id? need help =(

The reason why its fail is because it uses different kernel. To use CM7 back install any stock ROM back using SUT and then use CMW to restore the CM7 backup.

You are obviously an ignorant, there is one pre alpha that you can use but its still full of bugs, Edowar should release one these few days as he uploads it. Its not like ICS give much improvement. It looks good, but I don't lose my sleep over it as it might need few updates to be stable.

Err guys....any idea? the phone no response at all!! no display and plug in the charger...the LED became red...HELP..

Most probably the battery is dead. Let it charge for a while before turning it on

Bro...i charge for very long time...and also...i did tried the battery on another unit...it can power on...but not on my own unit...all mode tested...Download or Recovery also no responses... @_@ no idea wat went wrong

Anyway, will take your advice and let it charge for 2day...see how it goes...sigh...dun noe when the CSL service center will back to business...

try to charge it via laptop.. im was also faced similiar problem .. when i charged with plug pluged in then i let it on charging nearly 8 hours only i can saw the led red never turn to green when i tried turn it on it was fail.. so i tried charge via usb cable on laptop and it work my phone back on to life..

I have some tips for those who uses the same CM7.2 as me. If you wanted more performance go to Setting > CyanogenMod setting and uncheck 'Enable Surface Dithering' and check 'Use 16bit transparency' and 'Allow purging of assets' and reboot. With this setting the system is much smoother and better transition and response at low speeds under 500MHz

anyone that is using cm7 does you guys having these time reset(it goes to 2011 and time diffrent bout 12 hours) each time you reboot even after check or uncheck the automatic update or reflash it after wiping all the data the problem still accur...i flash the cm7 from wacom via sut-->tjstyle rc1(via sut)-->then cm7 via clockwork

Been using RC3 for a few days... GPS much faster lock than RC 2, which is good, overclock up to 1.7 works well for me...

But having problem with wifi when using juice defender to control wifi on/off... wifi hang after a while, got to either reboot phone or turn to airplane mode then back...

Anyone else facing same issue...?

have you tried uninstalling the juice defender??
anyway i didn't install the juice defender and i didn't have any problems on wifi control

Already tried every method...with sim+ micro SD/ without sim+ micro SD/ Sim+ without micro SD...yet the same...

Today went to Glenmarie service center. Told them my phone off and cannot On afterwards, no question ask and fix it for me...even thought the OS is Miui @_@. I asked them wat happen? they told me...changed the board. I ask why??? they nvr answer me properly....and i was like since they fixed my problem...i just diam diam and walk away. Just curious....do u guys experience this?

I have similar issue as well, I thought it is weird. I have asked Edowar on XDA, if he replies anything I will update it here.

they just wanna get over n done with the problem, last time when they couldn fix my battery counter, which displayed wrong batt %, they eventually swapped my phone with someone else's which was 2.2 instead of 2.3 stock gingerbread. as long as it fixes ur issue it sud b fine.

yeah...as long as they fixed the problem i more than happy ad. Damn scared they say i void my warranty...using Custom ROM *_*

That is why I said I have problem with wifi when using Juice Defender

I use it to sync every 15 minutes instead of leaving wifi on the whole day, my battery last much longer that way, but with RC3, it doesn't work, after 1-2 time syncing, it hangs when trying to turn on wifi the next sync cycle.


But it's ok, now I leave wifi on whole day but set CPU speed to 122 min 245 max when screen off, my battery still have 20-30% at midnite, so I am keeping RC3.

My MI410 Sim contact always missing??Happen with all firmware i flashed..anybody facing this problem??
