Well no difference actually as when you open a truesavers account, one is automatically given a truetransect account too. One just need to move from TS - > TT -> IBG.

You are going to close account just because they don't have IBFT? Let me tell you, their truesavers give 2.8% without complicated terms and conditions. No need for min amount inside.

No IBFT? No problem. Just wake up and transfer your money before 5 am and money will enter recipient account by 1100am. Free IBG with truetransect some more.

Well for me I need somewhere to park the money for less than a month. And I have ~ rm1k so cannot put eFD. So I just Park at truesavers until I can put Ambank Islamic eFD.

You need to give something to gain something. If you do a lot of transfer, then pick those banks which offer free IBFT. If you are like me maximising returns from banks choose Ambank truesavers. When I need the money, I wake up early and transfer the money. That way, I don't waste one day interest.

The Giro/IBG have never been free only the instant transfer is free for 3 months. Previously the instant transfer/IBFT was given free as a promo. Now is no longer free. It's RM0.53 as how it always been before the promo.

You want free IBFT, check 1-2 pages before this. Banks like uob, HSBC and another one offers free IBFT. But you will have to open that particular account.

Guys, does KL public holiday affect IBG? I am Klang. I IBG in some money into my mother's account at about 630 this morning. It should be in my mother's account by 2PM.

However, until now, the money is not in yet. I checked 3x the account no. I even key in my mother's IC as verification.

I scheduled a transfer before, it didn't even transfer after 5PM. After that, I never scheduled anymore. I transfer it manually.

I cancel, got frustrated cause I wanted the money to enter my other bank account by 5PM that day. I than transfer manually. After that I never used their scheduled transfer anymore. I was expecting the transfer to proceed on its own at 2AM. That way, money will be in the account by 8AM.

Cimb increase it to Rm2/transaction.
