Does individual user need to pay mthly support n maintenance fees?

Why exists both of these? What purpose does IBG still serve? Why can't cancel it and make all IBFT, with a lower cost? Seems redundant unless I am missing something.

i've got a question: wanna know the exact difference between instant transfer vs IBG transfer since i just only learn how to do onlline transaction just a few days ago...

1)in my case, for eg: i already done instant transfer from lets say, Public Bank to BSN via onine, but after i check the bsn account, the amount i got isn't exactly the total amount that i already transfer,..

for example, i transfer RM120 from PBB to BSN via online(instant transfer), but i only get RM110 banked into the BSN account, which is a 10 ringgit deduction , why so...

is it something have to do with these?


2)& also, i try again using IBG transfer via online, but this time, i got the exact amount into the bsn account even though i have to wait for quite some time, so, in a nutshell, IBG transfers via online will have less charges, but the slight disadvantage of IBG is that it is not as instant as instant transfer, am it right?

in that case, which is more viable/convenient? bcos personally for me i will only do online transaction/fund transfers only once in a blue moon, so IBG also okay right??

Hi, yup.. Ambank online platform is not stable. I have experienced late ibft. Even ibg failed and only notified after days.

1. Real-time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities System (RENTAS)?
2. Can be done online or Over the counter (OTC)?
3. RM5.30 per transaction?
4. min RM10k?
5. Can be performed at all banks?

1. I suppose RENTAS is real time transfer?
2. How many days for banker's cheque to clear?
3. But all banks let you move large amount via counter? How?

Last Sunday I perform IBFT from CIMB to Maybank, and on the same day I withdraw the money from Maybank (using Maybank debit card).

Is that rm0.53 charges is charge on both banks ?

Oh I just notice that money withdrawal is the 5th time in this month, not sure Maybank charging rm0.53 (per withdrawal) for 5th time withdrawal onwards ?

Last time I read elsewhere, Maybank debit card give 4 times FOC atm withhdrawal. Is now still same ?

I guess I am basic savings account customer, coz I don't get charged rm8 annual for the debit card.

Fifth withdrawal and above in a month RM0.50 per withdrawal (charge will be debited directly from account at the end of each transaction)

*Unlimited withdrawal at any Maybank ATM : RM8 per annum

how to register with this Rentas? all banks have it?

People, if there is 200k influx of money from multiple banks, into a savings account within a day, will the said account be blocked?

OTC Rentas fee in MBB increased from RM5 to RM9 !  Encountered this early this month ! With GST RM9.54.

Not sure if other banks also the same. Before Aug, I know few banks fee for OTC Rentas was RM5.30.
