Can be solved by changing to Public Bank stand-alone security device. They are still issuing the security device right ? I wanted to get it last year but didn’t as they had ran out of stock at the Public Bank branch I visited. Was told to come back the following week as stocks were on the way but I had left the country then and have so far continues to use SMS OTP.

Renaming of ‘Instant Transfer’ to ‘DuitNow (Pay-to-Account-Number)’ (effective 21 September 2019)

Please be informed that effective 21 September 2019, ‘Instant Transfer’ will be known as ‘DuitNow (Pay-to-Account-Number)’ on UOB Personal Internet Banking and Mighty app. You can perform your fund transfer transaction per usual as the process remains the same.

Anyone else encountered the fund missing issue?

How was it resolved?

It seems like SCB is the issue. Just encountered the same issue and my instant transfer from other bank to SCB went completely missing although received sms funds deducted.

Which bank u transfer from? U gonna call up to check with other bank + scb .. let them investigate.. my experience with hlb last time is I check both receiving n sending bank.. bcoz I dunno either side to push to each other.. so, both side also I log case

Tiger say it has been released and confirmed.

Ask me check with SCB. If don’t have then log to BNM she said.

Now my whole chunk of funds missing. 😩😩😩

Tiger also no help u to log case? Supposingly both side need to log case.. now I recall I’ve issue with tiger duitnow to scb too.. I check with scb, scb asked to check with tiger (sender bank), tiger help me to log case, next day when I check, the fund is in.. to be exact, the fund is credited on the same day when I log case, I didn’t check until next day coz the amount is just RM30, which is due to the jewel rush game.. that was the last time I play jewel rush..

hi all. i think i need some view la. this one guy transferred me through IBG on 25th from Publk Bnk. Mine Mbank. Then, he screen shot to me but he didnt show the date. He just said refer to the printed date which is on 25th. Until today, 30th, havent come in. What should i do? This guy is not so friendly. Should i go to the bank? or something? check referrence number at the bank?

The screenshot has reference no. ? Your bank account details is correct? It has something wrong if IBG is more than 2 working days.

he is not friendly? why can't give complete screenshot of the IBG? Something wrong with this guy then. think carefully, is it a scam?

anyone having same problem like me?

tried to pay my wife loan account but got rejected (my maybank to citibank)

then I tried use ambank still rejected (ambank to citibank)

after that, my wife use her maybank to pay citibank then successful.

today, my sister want to pay father housing loan and get rejected (maybank to hongleong)


is there any new rules only owner can transfer to loan account?

Looks like you’ve been scammed.

Instant transfer is free. Why not instant?

IBG only take one business day the longest.
