Just finishing bring buyer to view unit. Facilities are superb, high end and no other condos have what Seri Riana had. Very fortunate to whoever bought at 1st place. So damn lucky

No info but possible coz the Korean bought the unit via subsale few years back assuming for own stay, plus price must be 1M and above.
Perfection done meaning the title transfer process completed 100%.
Got many units in the market today, didnt complete the process. Developer issued title but owner mostly got no money to complete coz need pay MOT + legal fees to get it done. It is complicated if buying such units.
