anybody can shed more info on RGE phase 1 please?
eg. number of units, original selling price, maintenance costs, etc. and RGE is sharing facilities or not upon completion of phase 2? would hte land lease be renewed again to 99 years if sharing same facilities with phase 2? |

where is their sales gallery? does they have 1? now phase 1 selling about 430psf. phase 2 600psf?? omg....the enviroment there quite good but workmanship i am not sure....nobody interested? surprise the rental there is high but i wonder is only trick by agent there.

I got an unit there, bought it at sub-sale, the rental yield is quite good (about 7~8%). For phase 2, i think still can achieve 6%...

Per IJM Land email, not $600 psf, but $600K onwards. Based on 1,300 sq feet, works out to $462 psf - sound more reasonable right?
