I found that since the IJM taking over Talam the workmanship of IJM Land suffered. Couple of months ago I visited the showroom on the semi-d project behind the Bandar Puteri Puchong and to my amaze you can see the lining of cracks appear in the side wall of few lots there although it's still new and unoccupied. Even the tiling on the floor is not in order and the finishing is mediocre at its best. Anyway let's see what they have to offer for this one.

I agree with you. I bough Riana Green East Phase 1, just been occupied less than 1.5 years, toilet start leaking and water damping at ceiling, smelly. In fact I heard, there are a lot of other unit facing the same problem, something to do with water proofing membrane not laid properly. Poor workmanship, infact can see hairline cracks at wall and beams.. I dont know what happen to IJM, so call "Prestige Developer in Malaysia", very poor quality and workmanship. My advice, no need to buy the phase 2...very expensive with low quality... vmad.gif
