U mean turn off 3G? Just go to settings -> wireless&networks -> mobile networks ->untick "use packet data" and "data roaming"

Need some help.. Currently my ace every time plug in to charge tat time.. No sign show it charging.. But after restart it I can charge again.. Any1 can help me ? Thx..
