lol the beats headphone and bigger battery you can get yourself, and the normal sensation cpu speed IS 1.5Ghz, just that it's been underclocked to 1.2Ghz. I'm running on 1.78GHz =D.

how to install application directly to my SD card after i root with LeeDroid?

For existed application, sometimes i use manage application and try to move to SD card, but still got some data left in phone memory ..
and if i install a lot apps and it look like eating up my ram a lot.
when i check running services look like a lot is running even task manager show closed.

left only 50ram average >.<
*
Look for Apps2Sd in the market. But more often than not even if app has been moved to SD there will be data remaining. As far as I know for best performance leave your apps in the internal memory. Another solution for you is to not install too many apps. Think of it this way, in a week, how often do you use that app, if you've never used it in a week or only a few times for special occasions might as well uninstall.

and for clarification, running services are services/processes that run in the background. The stock Task Manager will only show you open applications. It's similar when you open up task manager in windows and you click the "Processes" tab, those are similar to running services in your phone. There are ways to kill them/freeze them and one is through Titanium Backup.

wow thx bro ..
some apps i use rarely but i feel wanna utilize it so i install a lot lol.
currently have about 100 downloaded apps i believe

what i dont understand is some application services keep running even after i close it.
example is texas poker, even i didnt open it, i can see the processes running and makan many memory ..
*
It's a phone, it might be smart, but its still not a computer.

Hell, think about it, your laptop/desktop now, does it have 100 programs that you installed? (excluding those necessary programs like codecs, word processing, Adobe Flash etc).

As for those services, for some even if you close them it will automatically restart in a minute or two.

Try with ubermusic, won't activate beats, just with HTC stock player will activate beats.
*
lol tested it out with ARHD 3.5.1 and founf out a few things regarding beats:-

1. If you were using stock HTC Music Player WITHOUT volume+, beats audio will definitely be better.

2. Volume+ SUPERCEDES the adjustments made by beats audio, and in all honesty, I didn't hear a single difference.

3. Conclusion 1 : I can't use beats audio with PowerAMP (It's a really awesome and easy to use music player) but I CAN use it with volume+. Additionally, I can adjust the frequencies in PowerAMP like the DSP Manager in CyanogenMOD, combine that with volume+ (for boosting bass and general volume level) and the audio is truly great.

4. Conclusion 2 : Sensation XE is really for those people easily fooled by cheap marketing gimmicks. You don't need a beats audio/headphone shoved down your throat for good music quality, there are other cheaper similar quality/better quality headphones out there in the market and with the proper software adjustments the Sensation XE is rather redundant IMHO.

I'm getting a bootloop when I'm using GPS Status and when my data plan switch from HSDPA to WIFI.

I'm on ARHD 3.5.1, faux123 Kernel included in the ROM, recommended radio for 1.72 RUU.

Man I'm disappointed.

I didnt flash radio, would that be the problem?
*
Well try flashing the new radio and see if it helps. There's a thread on XDA for radios with simpler bootloader flashing process compared to ARHD's instructions.

plan to get casemate tough ... but is it really good?

if too tough with dual layer, will my phone vibration get less ?

i need vibrate better im normally in vibrate mode

bro can share whats the dust under screen mean ? izzit in middle of screen ??
*
I have both Tough and Barely There, and I'm more biased towards Tough, it's really snug and the texture + bulk makes the phone nicer to hold (i got big hands). No issues with vibration, it still vibrates properly, since the casing fits perfectly the vibrations are transferred perfectly as well. The funny thing is, Tough is easier to take off than Barely There >_<

Dust under the screen means you can see dust getting inside the glass...usually from the edges, if its bad it will travel all the way to the middle of the scree with lots of dust. This usually happens when the glass isn't sealed properly and there's tiny gaps where dust can get it.

In any case it's really hard to spot it unless you place it under strong light with screen off at an angle.

All,

After 1 week playing with Sensation, I sadly decide that it is not the right phone for me. The main reason is that on my old HTC HD2 I have a Garmin software installed  and in my many trips to Singapore and Indonesia it is proven to be very useful.

The one that I have on Sensation is Papago - which takes a lot to get used to, and I found that Im always relying on my old phone when Im in SG. So, for that reason I decide to let go off the phone.

I like the phone a lot - the speed is fabulous, social integration and media - but to bring 2 different phone is weird.

I want to let it go - and here's the situation on the phone - I bought it exactly a week ago (Monday Sep 12th 2011), and still have all the box and original receipt. It is not yet registered online (if you do, you will get 2 years warranty under your name). When I bought it, I get free car charger and screen protector. I also bought a casemate hard cover (RM 139) from HTC center in KL. I paid RM 1999 for it. All are in original condition.

I want to let it go at a price of RM 1800. Highest offer secures.

Please PM me with your offer.

Thanks.

AH - by the way, this is SIS original, not an AP. Just want to point that out.

I,m currently using AR HD 3.5.1, do i need factory reset using clockworkmod in oder to install AR HD 3.5.2? Or just flash over?
*
can just flash over, clear cache and dalvik cache then reboot.

Added on September 20, 2011, 3:22 pmon Leedroid with faux's latest kernel, everything works out fine.

Undervolted cpu works out fine too, did it via system tuner, although the settings reset on reboot, not a big deal as I can set the volts again easily.

I'm using the new radio for 1.72RUU on Lee's 1.45 RUU ROM and I'm not experiencing any issues.

Nice!, my battery shut off voltage finally went below 3200mV...no wonder they say that repeated drain cycles will improve the battery, it sets up the min and max properly.

So my battery range now is 1% at 3.16V and 100% at 4.209V

As you can see very well, not much performance difference between 1.56 and 1.78, so better stick to 1.56
