Yea I like sensation but it's slightly over my budget I saw some Ppl have sense 3.0 on their Incredible s so I'm just wondering does all new htc phone now comes with sense 3.0?
If you're comfortable with modding your (new) phone and installing custom ROM on it I would suggest you go for the Desire HD instead, exact same specs and about the same price with the incredible S too.I'm pretty sure they have sense 3.0 UI ports to the Desire HD as well. Being released a year ago means that developers had time to fully optimize and perfected the custom ROMS for it

As was mentioned earlier, do not use other phone chargers or unofficial chargers. One quick fix is to remove the battery, press the power button for 10 seconds or better still, press the power button and then leave it alone for 10 minutes or so for all residual charge to be discharged.http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_sensation_suff...e-news-2956.php
For my phone, I personally never experienced such issues. Only issue with me is the occasional wonky power button, sometimes have to press twice, and sometimes it gives me a double press even if I press it once, although I suspect it's related to my custom ROM and the CRT on-off animation.
