Guys, i opened up Revolutionary.exe but it shows waiting for device and no changes, anyone help ? I ticked the USB Debugging and it's still don't work.

Update on 1.1.8 kernel Rcmix 2.3
phone hang during a long call, after about 30 minutes talking the phone hang, had to pull battery.

Okay i finally on the step 3, now choosing Kernel, is the stock kernel good enough ? Not very sure how to install kernels too.

Not very sure how to install kernels too.  which rom that you're flashing? flashing kernel is like how you flash rom. place the .zip file at root of the sd card, flash it via cwm recovery

Ohh like that only ? I am gonna flash the Android Revolution HD 1.1.8. Any recommend kernel ?
RCMix kernel 2.3 (2.00 GHz) ? Seems highest ghz available @@
