QUOTE(teh_master @ Aug 11 2011, 09:57 PM) screen remain black even you pressed the power button to unlock the phone. it freezes there but phone is still active, where incoming call / text / mail etc is still working. changelog mentions that wake issue dealt with, but I don't know if it's referring to problem solved due to using stock kernel or solved entirely with other kernel, flashing 2.4 now to test.my dearest friend, we are all still learning but please make full use of the forum, where members are sharing openly. the wake issue / black screen issue has been discussed over and over again, some members even posted their own tests with different kernels. at least, read thru the thread or if you can try to utilise the "Search" function in the forum. happy foruming. |

QUOTE(teh_master @ Aug 11 2011, 10:13 PM) @Azel: mate, appreciate if you can update us here with your run with rcmix v.2.4 on top of arhd v.1.1.8. 10 more mins for me to complete download but i will continue to try and monitor leedroid v.1.3 for another day or two. cos so far along all the versions of leedroid, it is much more stable that arhd (imho) thou it is not as responsive as arhd. Will do, will give it a full rundown in Real World Test during work tomorrow =DEDIT: I know benchmarks are pointless, but when the figures change drastically i do believe thats an indication of something. SO!, on 2.3 OC to 1728mhz i completely blew away cf-bench at at average of 13000-14000...forgot the other 2 figures sorry, but its way past SGSII's scores. For 2.4 however, same 1728mhz gave me a crappy average of 5000-6000 for the first figure...i mean what the hell? same results for default clock at 1296mhz, 2.3 higher than 2.4. One more thing, when overclocked to 1728mhz, 2.4 is giving me some jerks when swiping screens, and some generally noticeable jerks. 2.3 smooth like butter at stock mhz and OC'ed to 1728mhz. Conclusion: I'm sticking with 2.3 =D This post has been edited by AzeL: Aug 11 2011, 10:37 PM |

QUOTE(old_and_slow @ Aug 11 2011, 10:43 PM) haha luckily i installed 2.3, but quadrant bench was a bit laggy for my phone, oc'ed to 1.4ghz although the overall score was higher than normal. i couldnt resist and made it 1.9ghz, crashed my phone and boot looped, haahahabut hey, im running arhd 1.1.8 and kernel 2.3, everything is smooth, no heating like leedroid. but for the sake of testing, im going to try out 2.4 the whole day tmrw. |

Hey guys, any of you experiencing phone lock up in a long call?, like after 30 minutes or so?
Aside from that single problem everything is fine with 1.1.8 with RC 2.3 kernel. Battery life is awesome too, off charger 7am this morning and now left 17%. Primarily using for fb, email, whatsapp browsing and a few calls, the long call which made my phone hang as well an sync and some gps |

lol i did not expect that bootanimation, cool!
1st boot up on leedroid v2.0, first time using leedroid, so gonna take ma time haha. QUOTE(teh_master @ Aug 13 2011, 02:55 PM) @chaossitxh: I also always redownload my apps ad reinstall...more like i dun relaly know how to use titanium backup haha.wow.. salute to you to list down / remember all your downloaded applications.. btw, i've done flashing radio, wipe cache, dalvik cache, wipe (by leedroid), flash leedroid v.2.0, flash fly in animation removal patch within 5 mins.. wont take you long too.. and i just done restoring all my applications + user data.. gonna setup my phone.. =) and oh ya, i believe even if you're upgrading from arhd v.1.1.x to arhd v.1.2 (android 2.3.4 based), you have to flash the radio too. *remark: fly in animation removal patch isnt working, reported to lee for rectification of problem. so the flyin in removal file i downloaded, delete it and wait new one? QUOTE(teh_master @ Aug 13 2011, 03:14 PM) the boot animation is pretty cool huh? Crap, its that simple?, ugh, I feel dumb, sometimes I can't remember what apps I had before had to browse through market to jog my mind lol.i will just wait for lee to fix the patch for fly in animation removal.. he needs rest la, after close to 14 hours working on leedroid v.2.0 ever since he got his hands on the official release of android 2.3.4. it is pretty easy to use titanium backup. once you run the application, press menu > batch > choose "backup all user apps" for backup (can you choose which application to backup from the list) to restore, press menu > batch > choose "restore all apps with data" whoala and you're good to go.. chill man.. worth the wait for the download to be completed! Btw, the free version can do that as well right?, or do I need to get the pro version? |

QUOTE(Vryon @ Aug 13 2011, 06:44 PM) Welcome ! No custom kernel yet for 2.3.4 (This is true for all custom ROM), they need to get the updated kernel source first.Anyway, is there any better kernel combination with 2.3.4 Leedroid ? Do anyone a bit lag when swipe pages in the homescreen like jam jam awhile ? I hate it Lag?, are you sure?, My homescreen are filled with widgets too and i never experience any lag. |

wow, I dunno whether it is a problem if not reporting current accurately, but my phone is reporting -7ma in standby, this has NEVER happened before in the history of me owning this phone.
2.3.4 is some really sweet stuff, regardless of the custom ROM, guess HTC fixed some things. Anyway, I'm going to try out Gingerthyparency full theme for 2.3.4, hope everything goes well. |

QUOTE(teh_master @ Aug 14 2011, 12:19 PM) bro, what application that you are currently using to monitor the battery consumption? as far as i know, current widget and battery monitor widget isnt logging the battery consumption accurately. most up to date is battery monitor widget, if you see the changelog it says have support for Sensation already, and so far it's reporting pretty accurately, based on my usage yesterday.Added on August 14, 2011, 12:20 pm the on / sleep screen is actually crt animation. even arhd has the add on patch for it hence it is not unique feature of leedroid. Besides, if the ma figure not accurate, another good way to check is the voltage, really not much decrease at all. |

QUOTE(little cutie @ Aug 14 2011, 05:12 PM) halo, new user at here... Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile Networks>OFF enable always on mobile data.i am using maxis postpaid, but didnt sign any plan. so what setting should i turn off, to make sure the phone didnt update or download data... i was so shocked when i found out my friend phone bill reach rm500 ..... Turn off background data and sync in Accounts & Sync. Under Wi-Fi, turn off using wireless networks to determine location. To be extra safe, download and install data monitor widget. So if there's any movement of data at all you will know. |
