already try sygic..good aps..but the map is outdated..or did u have a site to download the map

Hi guys. I m a newbie here. please accept my apology for jumpin' into this thread. Need your help. I just bought a s+. something wrong with the phone. The phone keep restarting by itself. sometimes during i make a call or smsing. it really annoying. I already send it back to my seller and reformat. same thing happen. then I change my maxis sim card. It was ok for one day then it started back restarting by itself. Today I sent back the phone to my seller and I was given a new set. But after i install my sim card, it happen the same thing. Need your help. what shoukd i do.

I m Bjan from JB. No i m not related to ajib. What aps? Sori I m totallynew to this android smartphone. I was used to nokia b4 and this my first time buying phone other than nokia so i m not really know about it. I guest this is not my lucky set. This 2nd set i just took it 4 hours ago and already shown the sympton twice. What should I do?

i mean is yours AP set or SEM set? the only way I see is to send it back to samsung, that is if ur set is SEM, if is AP i think i would be very difficult to solve this problem..

ur phone is AP set or Ori SME set..?? Are the seller really exchange the set...did u check IMEI at back phone and the box are same number...don't get me wrong...just pre caution bcoz i had bad experience wif ap set b4

when u get replace set most unlikely the set won't be problem as previous one.. IF Ori set sent to authorise service centre repaired don't sent back to seller or IF Ap set....there are 2 option...

1st option, sent back to the seller rectify the problem/replaced again new set(if the set still can replaced by seller ) P/S:make sure u check both IMEI no. are same and seal sticker intact
2nd option, if cannot replaced the set/ problem still arise...you have to DIY like update the firmware at XDA website using ODIN... okay. other that dunno oredi..

find "mynewuser" in this thread...he/she will help u tutorial flash using ODIN

As from my point of view...i think ur SIM card is the culprit..try exchange fresh new SIM card from ur telco provider maybe it solved the preblem...okay...
