Engine treatment?? How ? And for? Any product reference ? Feel guilty for my own engine... Always kick it with MIVEC zone

Sorry reply so late and far away from your post, I will try to change to 225/45/18 or 215/45/18. Because with my existing tire size , terpecah once when doing fast cornering at Tayar side wall.

regarding to my problem on previous post that my car had suffer from lack of power after service.. i have try the method u guys told to fit in the air filter box under and top but still lack of power and engine roaring at sound quite sound.. is there any other solution? thanks

Not so fast , it just around 80-90 speed at corner hit lubang then gone my new tire.

Use falken 225/40/18 around rm350-380 , not sure which type.

Guys what is your idle engine speed? Mine is almost 1.5k. And the engine sound is quite rough.

Man, you have to send back to SC to tune back 550-600rpm. It won't touch 1.5k at normal idling rpm show.

Apa ini proton QC @.@ rushing stock for buyer ka??

OMG...Idle at 1.5k RPM??? Complain at SC kaw-kaw....idle should be around 700RPM MAX.

Or are you saying when u first start the car for the day? Like that is normal, after a while, it'll drop to 700rpm or so.

PU is good material as it can flex and absorb hard hitting rocks, thus it dont crack that easily as compared to fibre or FRP (fibre reinforced with plastic, which is as crap as fibre)....

Our original bumper material is made from PP...

Anyway, is the bodykit priced good?? What is in the set (front, side and back)??

The engine treatment is part of the service package...typical of Proton SC. I don't use these engine treatment, especially for a new car. It's just that I forgot to tell the SA to not put in the engine treatment. These treatment just adds on the cost of servicing. There's no need for it actually.
It may be useful for a really old, worn engine.
Btw, the engine treatment that the SC used is called X1R.
To me, all these treatments are a waste of money. A good syn oil is more than enough for the car 

You didn't notice the engine sound got harsher after revving above 2k RPM just right after you serviced? Wont the engine oil be dirtier than normal now since you have driven over 3k km already?

lol, thats why i go eon service, nothing happen.

I notice... but i didnt take much on it as i seldom go high rpm .. (previously).. Engine oil need to check tomolo.. its dark hard to see .. but i think shd be okay.. the gap loose is not tat much.. will report in the engine oil condition tml

Damn. That's almost double the norm.
Btw, it's that high even after driving. Lowest was around 1.2k. Worse is that I have to travel short distance frequently. It's always so high RPM.

Any chance it's affected by the 800 oil?

oil wont effect your idle speed la, i using 800 too, saturday gonna change to shell helix ultra.

Hmmm...I think it's only with the Inspira as Proton did some mods to the suspension bushes and absorbers etc.
The nyek-nyek sound was a common specification in my ex-Waja tongue.gif together with other orchestra in the car.
I don't seem to have the nyek-nyek sound in my Inspira. The only suspension sound is the tuk-tuk when goin over bumps too fast. I hope Proton comes out with a solution for this.

i think its because too less people complain, i also don't know where to complain, i think may b we should find all those owner got this problem with their car , all sign their signature and pass up to proton then only got feedback ,haha, if still no feedback , call tv3. flex.gif
