Went to the SC and installed my damper this morning abt 7.30am!

Got bad news today...the SC finished their stock of s3k, and not going to stock up on s3k anytime soon as they got a lot of s800 oil remaining...the boss there pointed to me there's like more than 10 big boxes of it in the store....he told if I insist on using s3k then I have to buy outside and bring back the s800....Can the s800 be used on my 17 year old wira?

I changed my wira to use 15w-50 mineral oil a few years back. Its a 1.6 XLI 4g92 EFI engine.

I see that the SC do have s1k around, how is s1k for our car?

I'm more interested in getting the bag actually. even in my current wira, i use loudspeaker haha....

If i continue to use semi now, 5 years later after my free service end, i can switch to full ah?

I'm using sharlu mineral 15w-50 for my wira. what thickness of the s800 does the sc use? can my wira use this s800 instead?

My plan is to go petronas and buy s3k, and use it for my inspira. Then bawa balik the s800 for my Wira. I just hope the oil doesn't leak out from the engine of my wira. The engine also 17 years old already, never overhaul before.

That way i get both free gifts

Currently my wira drink petrol like water....can squeeze around 330km from a full tank..., around 9km/l

Really? I'm getting 12.5km/l for my inspira in city drive now o...I am very light footed haha...very rarely the rpm goes over 2k

Btw our inspira engine need slightly more than the standard 4L oil right?

For me its Bayan Lepas/Bayan Baru/Gelugor with occasional trips into Georgetown.

Everyday drive about 15-20 km, both way to work and back + makan stops.

My FC should be bad compared to the rest cuz my route distances is really short.

I'll let you know I go pump again....cuz now my petrol is half tank after 1 1/2 week of driving

U use sport mode? I always use D woh...I find no benefit in using the sport mode to be honest lol. Maybe naik bukit i will use.

I think most of us can change oil ourselves if we can get a better jack, problem is looking for a place to dispose the old oil. Will most workshops accept the old oil? or need to pay them for disposal.

Patut lah.....I always use D...computer do all the thinking for me while I just try to press the pedal AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.

Otherwise I might hit 120 kph without realizing on a 70kph speed limit expressway and get love letters from our beloved blue guys.

Btw, the trip counter, what does that 0-----10-------20 mean? manual dint state anything about that.
Feel like today my radio reception very bad, extra a lot of noise and hissing sound liddat even though im in open space....is there something wrong with my car HU or stations got problem? The only station i can receive clear signal is Fly FM. Hitz langsung cannot hear, the intermittent is like Astro during cloudy day.

Btw, you know the radio sometimes will display what is the current slot for the radio channel right? My MIX FM is always breakfast with JD and dilly even though its already at night...

Sport mode in our CVT is manual gear mode (for your 2.0 its your flappy paddle gearbox). For us 1.8e its the initial D gear stick . We don't have traction control anyway.

Mmmm...relatively speaking its a pretty weak air con for proton's standards. I heard that our compressor is bosch and not denso/sanden....
