It's normal beb....
To be truth. Some buyer treat the laptop as high end laptop games.Even my friend use alienware complain of lagging. If more higher setting mean more heat.Ya
will see outside it's clean but inside.nobody know.
My Advice for laptop user.
Buy ps3 or pc for playing games to prolong use of the laptop.Laptop most not build for gamers.
Sometimes also new laptop user will install all the latest pirate application.Since it was pirate nobody know the minimum spec of application requirement.
when slow complain.

.Last time i repair my laptop hinge cost me a bomb
I used my laptop for surfing the internet only as I have my primary rig (Q6600/GTX460).
The inside of the laptop is quite clean before and after I sent for repair. At the moment, I'm running the laptop with the backplate opened (and a laptop cooler blowing on it). The interior components/vents are squeaky clean.

just to share my experience
laptop heating up near the touch pad + keyboard area is normally caused by bad ventilation. After I've cleared the dust clogged from the CPU/GPU area...it was ALOT better. But I think techking has cleaned it?
as for your wifi and bluetooth switch jammed? probably it wasn't fixed back properly after checking..
Just my 2 cents.
As mentioned above, there's no dust blocking any of the components.

Hmm... I was deal with him more den 150 times for laptop repairs. Until now i hav no issue with him.
Mb TS case abit special? Or?
Whether it is special or not is not important to me. What's important is the way teckhing handled my case, which to me, is NOT professional. As mentioned before, I was not given ANY explanation at all (probably because they also didn't know what actually happened!).
