haha yeah i'm pretty much on stock now.

Found the correct way to get custom boot animations to run. Important to have Kies MTP connected more than CWM. I took the zip file from the data folder and pushed to the sdcard, then copied it over to the data/local and system/media foldre, kacheng - the new boot animation from Batista is finally working.......

i'm not sure if data/local will keep it permanent but system/media is enough. though it'll reset corresponding to the rom you flash. and why need kies mtp running? i copied using root explorer, reboot and walla new bootanimation~~

need help...when i on my wifi,apps like facebook,foursquare,nimbuzz,viber,etc will be running...i dun mind since its wifi....but whenever im using 3g,i only wanna facebook to run...dun wanna other apps to run coz my 3g is limited plan..any suggestion how 2 limit from other apps from opening when im using 3g? thanks guys...

@bb - buy tasker and set it the way you want. not sure if juice defender can do this or not.

1) app on iphone you want got on android kah? you really need them or not? if yes is there an alternative app on android?
2) you sure you dont miss iphone?
3) you know android? haha i dont what to ask anymore.

No idea..feel not fun if dont root..as quite a lot useful apps require ROOT

I have my iPhone with me and also got the sgs2.
Didn't miss the iPhone one bit. Most of the Android phone I tested didn't impress me this much.
The awesome large display, lightweight, speed and response is just superb.
Most of the apps I need personally is available in market. Maybe I don't play game so much.

If i were you and my iphone still in working condition then i wait till september for iphone5 first and see what's new on it.
Only then you'll be satisfied to take your pick and select which phone best suited for you.

Dont get me wrong. I'm not applefan. I currently using SGSII and before that SGS.

Still it's better to have a little bit patience when making a choice. Unless you can afford buying both SGSII and iphone5 :-P

agree, what IF ip5 comes out and you find it way way nicer than sgs2? take your time and decide so you wont regret. for me who actually prefer android coz all the freedom and customization, this is the best phone i ever bought

just got my sgs2 yesterday. the performance is fantastic but i noticed i have the yellow tint issue. any of you know whether its a software or hardware prob coz thinking whether to send it to the service centre to have the screen replaced.

need some advice from those who went thru the same yellow tint problem
