hi, did anyone facing issue on dock icon in litening rom 4.2 in TW launcher?
when i remove the contact icon and put other icon, after sometimes the newly drag icon disappear from the docking.

SGP GLAS? anyone using it?

casemate pop case? anyone using it?

going to US end of August...plan to see if got any accs for sgs2..if got, i let you guys know if anyone interested to order..

I just flashed latest CM7 nightly. I can confirm that HD recording is finally working! But I'm not really sure whether it's 720p or 1080p

latest CM can do 3g videocall?

Salah-lah !! Thunderbolt 2.7 is the rom develop by AngeloM - it comes with his own kernel version 12

Added on July 31, 2011, 11:05 amYes I have tested Bastita 3.2 only a day but took it off as I do not like his theme ; other than that it is very stable and good. I'd say is better than Litening 4.2, at least in battery usage. Litening 4.2 is a big drain versus Litening 2.1
I have not tested AngeloM 2.7 yet but I am using his latest kernel test v13 with my current XXKG3. AngeloM firmwares are also very good and again I do not keep it long as I find his themes too flashy and I just hate his boot animation ; don't know whether he has change it in 2.7. Maybe will try it later tonight

Anyway when you see such a logo , it means your phone is still in download mode, capable of recieving flash instructions

If you switch off your phone or take battery out and than and switch it on on or boot to download mode or recovery mode - you will still see the same logo ( phone--computer). Your phone is in a soft broick condition. You just need to launch Odin , connect phone to computer - it will be detected , just flash it again as normal. Suggest you flash one of those official XXKG2 or XXKG3 or even XXKF2 just to revive it. Than only flash what you really want

Haven't get my sgs2 yet but already start surf for it accessories. Just want to ask is possible activate dock mode without samsung official vehicle dock? I quite interesting on that voice talk. Thanks.

No phone is perfect. If you wan simple one just got for apply phones.

SG2 is best when you tweak it.

I tested batista 3.2 with Angelom 12.quite insane cos I full charge at 2pm, about 10pm got about 10%left. Left it on idle until 9am next day (wz no connection on) just auto refresh every 10minutes for 15 seconds for email and I still got 6-8% battery. I know the graph is a little whacky that's why I just monitor by hours.

Uncle benny, so far I used litening 4.2, very good for battery life.not sure why u say it drain battery badly.maybe u are heavy user?

can anyone share what launcher r u using for ur SGS 2 now?

launcher pro. feel like the paid full version doesnt worth the money, so stay with free version

currently i'm using the Go Launcher Ex....not bad oso

i was like you last time, unsure it is quite expensive, but when i got the phone, i'm definitely loving it! No matter how i use it i still feel it's alot better than the iphone, the possibilities of customization is just endless! super smooth and seriously i'm loving it since day 1 not a single hate, of coz the battery is a problem for all smartphones, but meh i got an external pack and a spare battery so i've got no problems with it

notable problems: you will notice battery drains fast if you're coming from nokia but actually the difference is just small
temeperature: again if you're coming from nokia, again temperature is unnoticable if you have a case on and it will only go very hot when you play some very intense 3d games such as those gameloft games(hd 4, shadow guardian) other than that, meh no problems.

conclusion: if you're a fan of customizing and everyday/week customize your homescreen with all types of launchers and make it pretty and show ur friends, or you like testing new roms, seeing the difference, geek stuffs you know? then its definitely worth it! of course it's also very good in terms of gaming, browsing, music once you have the right settings. I have a feeling i would be fiddling with this device for at least 1 year plus with all the apps/roms/tweaks to try out

ummm guys, is it just me or after i went to VR 2.3 from stock,
the speakers on my phone is super low.. even when i maxed out
everything, its like 1/4 of the stock rom speakers..

Did you flash the Angelom 12's kernel through CWM using the zip file? I did it that way and it says "zImage not found"
