Bro, if can make v10 showing "image as index", pls let me know, I would like to make my v10 to show this way too.
But I believe RealTek cannot do this way....

i test last night using latest beta yangxi.. and picture appear, i press button view while browsing file.. press again and u got diffrnc type of view.. make sure jpg file name same as movie filename

1185 DD can do videowall says some website

still looking for a tool that can autodownload (works like subdownloader)..

Not yet test on my v10 for this "movie index".

BTW, my streamyx really...really slow...slower and slower... since 2 weeks ago ....

Oh, so that's means need to allow it fully scan only available inside the "movie" list.

BTW, is "folder.jpg" working?

streamyx already 3 weeks slow...sad... many nice movie just realesed, all queue up under download list...

i think v10 need to scan..

btw v10 too slow copying file from usb to hdd i place inside..

i tried ntfs, fat32 nd ext2 filesystem...

realtek 1186 ? not so fast release.

my high end only V10 model.

last night i try flashing using mede8er 500x series firnware,.. not working...

switch back to v10 firmware

pls ask v10 manufacture to make firmware with videowall feature.. himedia n egreat have it... same realtek 1185

Last night I try browse my movie in FILE MANAGER and press VIEW, can see all my movie picture which are "folder.jpg", I believe this is same display in Windows when you choose thumbnails view.
I no need view picture inside the MOVIE as usually I just use FILE MANAGER.

Anyway, this videowall is not a nice GUI like others chipset
so I stick to LIST VIEW in FILE MANAGER.

folder.jp? you mean there is a folder name "folder.jpg" which contains each jpg wich same filename with movie filename elsewre locagtion?

Official firmware don't have videowall feature. maybe pay extra $$ for other brand

Movie title as top level folder ---> movie file with *.jpg, just rename the jpg as "folder.jpg"

Anyway, I still prefer to view in LIST on V10, unless the interface for videowall is more better like other chipset but not on RealTek.

there's no need for you to rename the jpg to folder.jpg. as long there's only 1 jpg, V10 will show that jpg outside the folder list, if there is more than 1 it will show the 1 with the highest list in alphabetical order.

you need to rename to jpg as the same name as the video only if you wanna show that pics for that video.

eg, you got a avatar.mkv, then just rename the pic as avatar.mkv in the same folder. If avatar.jpg is the only pic in that folder, will still see avatar.jpg before going in to avatar folder. Blur?? Just go a test and u will understand what i meant.

running on the latest firmware, added "360 pay" link on top of file manager. It's just like a browser. U need a mouse to click on the link. Using remote is pointless!

so far, i'm ok with "folder.jpg" and normally i only put one picture inside each movie folder.

oh, any other new feature for the new firware?
while playing the movie, press the ARROW button RIGHT or LEFT, can fast forward/backward few second like the stock firmware?

and how about GOTO? can press ARROW UP / DOWN to change the time?

and how's your movie that "frame by frame" issue? can solve with this new firmware?

bro, i think 1 of the problem which earlier u guys encountered. Downloaded Super 8 DTS HDChina and 1st test was ok. Then nx day, when open the whole file dissappeared except for the folder.
