Conclusion

HIS Tech has done it again with X800 GT, they have taken what might have been a pretty mediocre ATI graphics card and turned it into a kick-butt 6600 GT killer.  Yes I realize that it didn't win all of the benchmarks but it won enough of them to convince me which of two card I would rather own.  I'm sure the nVidia fanboyz will have some not so kind words to say about the results of these and any other tests that were run on this card or any X800 GT for that matter buy they will just have to learn to live with now won't they.

With a price tag of about $160.00 now is the perfect time to invest in that first PCI-e video card you have been waiting on buying and there is no other card right now that offers the features, hardware bundle and for damn sure as good a cooling as HIS's X800 GT. So get off your butt grab the phone and place your order you won't be sorry you did.

How? Must wait Sapphire? brows.gif

I wonder why those thing cost so much in M'sia??
If a good GC can be bought for abt RM600, then everything (PC) is gonna be affordable to everyone.
What are the gov doing when they said they want every home to have a PC and on the other side, they are unwilling to make it as cheap as possible.........

If those darn cards get here in time before X1600's flood the market as the R530 seems to have the potential to pull a lot of punches compared to the X700 in the 1st place
