Let say builtup for 22x80 is 2500sf. Price 570k-580k. Psf is about 230. Not much appreciation for pentas buyer.

I am just guessing the builtup only. Need to wait for taikor M2 to update..

Hi M2,

I am not sure. It is just a invoice ask for payment for next 10%. After bank pay i think maybe just serve the interest depending on what bank loan package that you get. I got a blr - 2.45 ... Should about 200-300 per month for 70k/10%.

I think roughly that figure la. Depending on loan package nowaday all daily interest calculation. So first day interest 70k x blr-2.45 / 365 = 8 ringgit. Second day calculation then 70008 x blr-2.45 .... But the figure not far from 238.

Just went to the site just now around 6pm. The site was just after heavy rain and very muddy ... very difficult to walk around. The construction worker still working eventhough it was 6pm aledi. There was crane taking the cement moving around. Quite dangerous to walk around the site. Not sure whether they are working on sunday or not. Otherwise it is better to go on sunday.

The corner house near the entrance owned by one of the taikor here.

So the different between first row and second row. Second row higher by 4-5 feet. Better fengshui for first row because they got dependant.

I think canal city shouldnt has any impact on alam impian. Quite a distance between two development.

Actually maybe it is not alot. Maybe one house for sale but many agent advertise. Maybe just a few hoise for sale but many many agent advertise.

How many percent of total unit for sale? If 10-20% maybe still ok la. If 50% then the investor need holding power aledi.
