From my limited knowledge

FnG - fence up the residential area and deploy single entry with guard, possible got access card. Not strata title like condo.

GnG - fence up, got special spec for the fence .. anti climb blah blah blah ... Entry guarded and access card, strata title.

We compare SA with IA also people said IA very ulu aledi. Now AI and kedah biggrin.gif ... I think the density need to be not too high not too low. Too low no one want to do business there ... Not wong ... Too high .. Also not good. Jing chong dai wong is the best ...

Dont think so. Goverment aledi tax your income b4 it go into epf. If got out from epf tax again, then it going to be double tax, i will protests 10 days 10 night in front of PM ofis if they tax that.

Standard answer, i think they answer me it will fence up but donno what kind of fence la. Think the question is korek aledi. Just need to find the right person that can answer this.

400k to build 25x85 double storey house. Is it cheap or expensive? Or they charge more coz they need to pay undertable to get the project.

As for the fencing, i think we can gather all the owner to sign petition to get inp built it for free, chances will be higher, just that the effort to gather all the signature will be difficult.

You can see all the buyer look so bullish here about this property. So if you ask this q here, all taiko will tell you sure untung one, i am also thinking this is one of the best buy project at the moment.

If you ask this in Setia Alam thread, i am sure you will get different answer. At least one guy will ask to get a place call home in SA, but smaller unit and expensive. AI very hulu got nothing like buying a house in kampung.

Only can pray hard now they will install the alarm system for free, it is not mentioned in snp also i think.

For Boolster pump, is it confirmed? It is not mentioned also right in snp and brochure.

My ex boss bought a house in meranti puchong, near lake and that area experience flood before and he sell off the house in 2009 i think, he should be cursing by now. If hold till this year definately can sell with good price. Maybe that area last time without proper drainage system.

How 2 check using google earth on land altitude? Can any taiko here teach?

I tried to google and foind this website,

can use la but if can get direct from google map better la.

Everyone was saying ttdi house near river is on low land but i checked the new phase land aquina is actually quite high le.

Hhmm, actually can use google earth but need to install the program in your computer. Web-based google map or satelite view cannot see the altitude.

Not sure about the actual location of Pentas 1 and Pentas 2, from my prediction, Pentas 2 land is higher by 10m to Pentas maybe.

Yes, no doubt about that. Over development with no proper drainage system could cause flood.

Being just a small citizen we can only just looking at how high our house land and the possiblility of flood in our house area.
