Yesterday i count the available units, 26 units available woh. Maybe i count wrongly ?

The SA always said havent sold out coz they didnt advertise in newspaper. But i tot they run mad about homes to promote their houses but sales didnt move much also. With ads also i think it wont help much. With current economy situation, everyone is keeping their bullet for next year hard ride. Maybe good nice show room will tempt more buyer.

Dibs is developer interest bear scheme .. Means developer bear the interest for the buyer loan when the property is under construction, so buyer just pay downpayment only and nothing till handover.

What is your estimation about the ceiling height? My estimation around 11 feet. I been to Lyden showhouse, really high ceiling about 13 to 14 feet i guess ...

Big crowd going in need tactic, we need to find site safe helmet, dunno white and yellow color, one or two of us need to wear suit with tie like big boss. One of two of us wearing engineer helmet and taking a big roll of paper (to pretend like site plan) acting like showing the boss construction site. The rest of us with site helmet just follow behind. The construction site people will think, BIG BOSS visiting the site. Just kidding.

I think we can go in just of few of us should be no problem during off hours like 6pm or 7pm. Or maybe sunday? Sunday 6PM should be easy to go in.

I just want to know how they run the cable.

Thanks M2K2 for the sales chart. Look like pentas 2 got more non bumi than bumi, if allocation is 50 50, non bumi quota just has few units left.

I been to the site that day as well around 3 plus. I noticed all external doors and windows got cable, i believe the alarm system is provided. If not, at least the cable is there.

Very easy, just go down to Kesas from ZR. Go all the way then pay toll kesas 2.2 at usj, still go all the way then you will see alam impian exit, just about 50m or 100m after kota kemuning exit. Take the alam impian exit and after u will see two junction again, take left one as the right one will lead u down to kesas again. After that u will see a toll, becareful dont go straight to the toll, keep to the left most lane there is alam impian exit on left most lane, if you go straight a pay the toll it will lead u straight to bandar shah alam. Take alam impaian exit and u will see toll again, pay .60 and go straight till u see round about, take 3 oclock turn that is the road to ttdi alam impian, the tddi sales ofis should be somewhere along the road, i am not sure left or right as i also havent been there before. If u go till the end of the road, u will see first phase of gng tddi houses spira i think. Quite nice.

Ya , i am here now. Buffet aledi finished left chicken onli. 123 units. I am also seong like bro 1ullaby after pentas. Just come here kepoh onli. Surely will grab one unit if i have missed pentas. If grab also need at least 170k cash due to ltv70.
