InP so reputable and just won dunno what excellence award from the edge property. Nothing to worry about their capability to deliver the products. If InP type of compay cant deliver, i got nothing to say. Maybe no one want to invest in property anymore due to too risky. Current global economy situation really effected buyer buying mode, but I would have to agreed with u that pentas 2 is one of the best choice in market if some one want to invest in property now. Hhaaiizz no $$$$ ... Maybe need to open new thread [wts] underwear with lubang ...

The sales still below 60 yesterday.

There will be another 25x85 launching this year, from post 43 this thread i guess should be A2 03c ... 3288 sf at 800k. Personal opinion the facade not so nice as pentas 1 and 2.

Alot of bumi like this development due to it is just nearby shahalam. Pentas 1 take up rate is about 50 50 and almost sold up within one weekend. Pentas 2 should have same pattern 50 50 i guess.

I heard that too about the sample house ...
