Hei all taikor, SA never reveal the BU. I don't think he know yet even Pentas 3 also he don't know the BU(but he say possible the BU for Pentas 3 will be smaller).

I asked SA about this and it will build after at least 50% of the township development. I not sure about TTDI AI, maybe you can try to ask NAZA TTDI.

12+km to Bukit Tinggi Klang using LKSA & Kesas Highway
5+km to Shah Alam town using LKSA Highway
20+km to Damansara/1U using LKSA & NKVE

Exact location will be at Shah Alam Seksyen 35 near to Kota Kemuning and Taman Sri Muda.

How about the Pentas 2 selling, limited unit right? Hehehe... Yeah mostly of the development was sold out left Pentas 2 (around 20 units). You might wait for the future launch for 22x80 or can purchase Canting 2 sub-sales around RM600k

Maybe you should asking the question before you decide:-
1) Price?
2) Does gated is so important to you although there are guarded with alarm system?
3) Build Up for the house which Canting 2 have 22x80 Built up: 2,467 Square Feet.
4) Since you worry about the HTC/HVC and telco tower, you should have idea about it.

I do see some in Iproperty about RM600k, maybe you can refer
