This question need to ask jet kor, UFO or LionKing or others sifu to answer you whistling.gif but from previous development like Canting, Canting2, Ukiran etc, there are more than 80% appreciate value.

You can see all the buyer look so bullish here about this property. So if you ask this q here, all taiko will tell you sure untung one, i am also thinking this is one of the best buy project at the moment.

If you ask this in Setia Alam thread, i am sure you will get different answer. At least one guy will ask to get a place call home in SA, but smaller unit and expensive. AI very hulu got nothing like buying a house in kampung.

Lets say If the psf like Ukiran from Iproperty already RM300-RM330psf

I hope the developer take more effort to bring the township, if amenities like shop & school is there, I think will be nice place to stay since the density was low.

Ang2 I dont think chinese school will available in AI, If you looking for chinese school, you need to go Kota Kumuning (sjk c chung hua kota kemuning) (3-5km) from AI using LKSA or back road at Econsave (8-10km)

Yes, comparing Canting 1-3, Arca etc... Pentas is slightly higher than Phase 1 (as you mention 5-10m)

Hahaha, DIBS for 1st years buyer need to pay... meaning 1st disbursement (from bank) to 12th. This mean the house already completed about 50-80% by that time. I think buyer just enjoy the remaining 3-6 months smile.gif As I say, I just wish it can completed in time rclxms.gif

-Pentas3 launch around cny
-Pentas3 800k > might have smaller BU but still 25x85
-There is another area launch 25x85(not pentas) next year 1st quater and it will be last area for 25x85
-Existing townhouse plan will change to DSL 22x80 and launch around cny (100 units)

Yeah... as per the SA say... it will be about 2-3 development at quarter 1. The re-design from townhouse to 22x80 DSL will be price at 570-580k.
