Of coz from 1st draw down date. That mean if your 1st 10% loan release earlier, you can save more at final few months. If your 1st draw down at few months later, you end up paying high interest rate at later few months.

NK, Can drive up or park at side. The road condition is so so dont go after rain. Car will get dirt.

Mk, you can walk to the site. And park your car next to supervisor car. I did walk down to construction site office area and take a closer look. But I did not try to go deeper reaching my future house yet, road lot of holes and truck moving. When receive 2nd loan release, will visit again.

Pentas 2 I not sure how to get there or from which entrance. NK probably can update us as he is going this week ...

Just went to the site just now around 6pm. The site was just after heavy rain and very muddy ... very difficult to walk around. The construction worker still working eventhough it was 6pm aledi. There was crane taking the cement moving around. Quite dangerous to walk around the site. Not sure whether they are working on sunday or not. Otherwise it is better to go on sunday.

So the different between first row and second row. Second row higher by 4-5 feet. Better fengshui for first row because they got dependant.



Dont dont go during rainy day. U cant walk around or u are willing to sacrifice.

Construction Progress at Alam Impian by I&P very very Fast One
Don't expect la 3-6 month earlier...
Mine Nukilan 2 Costruction finished 6 Month ahead.
But when it come to CF & Handing Over Ngam Ngam Only
My Package (Nukilan 2) just got CF and only get key in Two Week Time
Only 1 Week ahead from S&P.

p/s : Some more that side (Pentas 1 & 2) is a new site. No existing Services such as TNB, Water Pipeline, etc.

No Need to Worry La. This is I&P. For Sure they will handover before 24 month
