inp shall get ready already with new launches to retaliate. Location i feel ai got more advantage. Furthermore i heard goverment going to build a new highway connecting kesas to npe. Anybody heard abt this news?

if they can link kesas n npe directly, it will definely help to easy the mad jam nowadays. Property price in ai will appreciate further..Even kesas also cannot cope wif cars nowdays.

wah skip toll ah but if u go kota kemuning still u have to pay toll rite. Actually nowadays ppl dun mind paying toll as long as u can avoid jam but probelm is even after paying toll u still stuck in jam. defeat the purpose of paying toll.

I think in term of facade, pentas 1 probably nicer. Pentas 2 design looks simpler. Wat says u guys....

but ang ang taikor pentas type a2 got courtyard, so shud be quite bright compare to type a1 n a3. As for the facade, maybe pentas 2 not yet complete . Tats y Cannot judge first..hehe

By the way fr the brochure inp will give us free autogate not autogate point rite

I hope pentas 2 will be equally as nice o better than pentas 1...otherwise not fair lah coz we pay per sq ft more expensive otherwise cannot justify the premium...hehehe

but ang ang tai kor, bigger masterroom and toilet between pentas 2 and 1 is due to different lay out but in terms of builld up both pentas 1 n 2 r same. in this context im not convinced on the premium for pentas 2... Maybe inp need to give pentas 2 n 3 more features.. Haha
