pentas 3 so fast? Or issit pentas 2. But the yellow color dun look that class lah... I think pentas 1 fascade better.

interest rate is below 3 percent. If i remember correctly shud be ard 1.5 to 2 percent. Though their hse price expensive but borrowing cost much lower. Of coz u put money in fd koyak lah...

By the way, I noticed that pentas 2 only has 3 points for water heater but got 4 bathroom which means we have to add additional point oat our own cost? Can any sifu confirm this?

So far didn't hear anything about the fencing. Only guard is confirm. Also not sure whether they will built a proper guard hse at the main entrace. Guess we have to take this up by ourself when we setup the RA.
