Speaking about pentas, do you think the kerb, i means the lines of concrete forming between a pavement and the roadway will be tiles, just like canting? I see a lot of properties kerb are plain concrete only.

yalor, how do you call it? the walkway.. the space between your house gate and the roadway or pavement..
I hope it's tiles as it will look very high class leh. |

i read the brochure again, it says car porch n driveway is homogenous tiles. Not sure whether driveway is reffering to the kerb or walkway.
By the way i notice also in the brochure, the ceiling is plaster. Does it means plaster ceilling tht we normally do during renovation. If yess, at least save money. not need to renovate heavily when the house is complete but hmmm what will be the design like. |

Ceilling: plaster So what exactly is the difference between plaster only and plaster ceilling? hopefully they give us plaster ceilling. At least ur reno dun set u back a big bomb.. i dun think pentas 3 is selling faster than pentas 2.
Pentas 2 was almost 80percent sold a few mth after launching.. in 2012 when bank negara tightening credit, some unit was drop out and pick up bacck other buyer. Im one of them..hehe Anyway based on yesterdays sales chart, Pentas 2 already sold out except 3 odd unit, facing the t junction n one corner lot, if i remember correctly. |

i think is rhb. Blr minus 5 percent but loan up to max 30 year only. Maybanl blr Minus 4 percent but loan can extend up to 35 years. Alliance can get easy approval but blr minus 2.4 percent only. If take their mrta, 2:45 percent

pentas is going be guarded only, no fencing..,latest infor from sa. I doubt they will build a guard post. Resident need to take up themselves if they want to fence.

Not sure for pentas 1 but for pentas 2 more than 50% is non bumi, i think around 65%. For Pentas 3 i heard is 50% - 50% between bumi and non bumi.

i dun think 5O percent bumi quota still apply for this phase. Coz pentas 2 has more than 50percent non bumi. I think only 30 percent quota for bumi.

precint 2 is definely better. Further more it sits on higher ground, elevated land. i hope the next launch at precint 2 will be at least semi d or bungalow..hehehe

one question, i tot the roof tiles for pentas 2 is brown color compare to pentas 1? I mean im comparing it with what i saw, the model house at sales gallery. By the way, if u guys wanna have yum cha session, pls invite me also. Very keen to join...hehe |

wahh 900k subsales, very tempting to let go but sayang lah coz the build quality and feature offer in pentas series very difficult to find elsewhere.
having said that probably can get pentas 3 at below 900k. probably some leftover unit still available. |

wah pentas 3 will probably take another 1 more month to be fully sold out. In another 2 more month probably inp can launch new one ...super pentas probably..hehe
Juz hope that they will fence up the whole area. Sometime i find it funny coz inp said we r under individual title, cannot do gated n guarded. Ive seen many places wif individual title can do gated n guarded wif proper guard hse...hmmmm even naza ttdi doing it though they claim is illegal. |
