Shd be road ungrading works proposed by Sunway Group to ease congestion in Bdr Sunway. Nothing affects AI.
However someone in TTDI AI thread mentioned that there is a new link (Bridge) fr AI to Sec 17 Shah Alam. This may help to bypass the 0.60 toll to Federal Highway

Indeed I think courtyard design is best suit the Pentas land size. 25' is wide and 85' is very long, house will be dark, a nice courtyard design will enhance the value of a property, unfortunately Pentas 2 courtyard is imperfect, I quite like the 1st floor. Normally owner will cover the courtyard to enhance the living space (alwiz happen in M'sia). For Pentas 2, I will cover he courtyard to give way for larger dining space.
I will leave the 1st floor courtyard open.
If you want the courtyard at the ground flr, you may convert it into a
1) mini Japanese garden
2) Water pond / water features (wall)
3) Book Rack (top must cover with glass)
4) Home lift
5) 1st Floor - open air bathroom
