Judging fr Pentas 3 design, layout and facade, the take up rate of 70% already make me very surprise liao!

Very encouraging sales indeed, why?
1) lack of marketing campaign
2) the SA dun put effort to sell, I must say I&P AI staffs are the most relax housing sakesperson among all

I was there yesterday, saw a lady looking around for quite some time but no one attend to her, I offered my help. She is a Taiwanese fr OUG, her kids study in Taiwan school in Bkt Rimau, the chances she stays in AI is very high. She tot AI location is worst than Bukit Rimau (To PJ & KL).
I&P AI Pentas series really impress me!

Tat is panic button for emergency use, to trigger the alarm if thief break into yr house

Back lane is clean, longkang is covered. Can do some decoration at the back of the house i.e timber plank board on the wall

In order for 2 Camry to park comfortably, 18' and above is just ideal (for car open door). Pentas 1 is 17'.
Normal 20x70' and 22'x75' link hse is only 14'-16'. Car width is bout 4'-4.5' (door close)

Pentas 1 car porch is only 16 ft wide (8 pieces of 1x2 tiles), 2 Kancil is comfortable. May be your corner unit got 1 extra ft

Ya correct, to park 2 Camry for 14'-15' wide is ok (without car door open),, but wat I mean when the both doors is open comfortably without the risk of door hitting another car's body. I hv checked, 18' is just nice & perfect

Indeed I dun like those house 22'x75' / 20'x70' which the car porch is without pillar, even though that could accommodate 2 big MPV, but it looks too simple and weird to me. Stand alone porch looks more elegance.
