Different people have different view. If recession come, matured township will be not spared also. It will impacted the whole property market. When come to recovery part maybe bad location will has difficulty to recover. I do think AI location is not that bad and should be able to recover just like other matured area.

It is not matured township, that why it price differently. For investment wise, it has more room to grow. One day it will become mature township. Similar house in BU would at least cost double the price, when recession come, same question who would 2M superlink in BU?

Different people has different investion behavior due to properly different background. If everyone think the same way, INP AI going to close shop, immature towhship will never become mature township. Mature township will become super expensive because everybody is buying ...

Nothing is cheap nowaday, neither landed or highrise .... Not just landed ... But ... AI is consider reasonable in term of psf compare with others launch .....

The different between pentas 1 and 2 is ceiling height different by 1ft, so more space for pentas 2, so not so good caused it will consume more aircon power ...and also second floor ceiling different by at least 8 to 10 feet ... Ceiling fan installation going to b expensive ... Masterbed bigger also will consume more aircon power ... Self comforting ... Sob sob ....

Seriously?? Pentas 3 sold much faster than pentas 2. Maybe pentas 2 launch timing is not so good, just after US debt issue and credit downgrade by snp ... Lost momemtum on first few days effected the buyer mood. Now seem loke picking up again ...

7. Pentas 1 is using aluminium foil. Pentas 2 i can see is aluminium foil on one sided facing the roof but the other side is white color dunno wat it is facing down, better one?

Pentas 1 do has more complex facade and Pentas 2 has simple facade. Both are nice to me, really mean it not a diplomatic statement biggrin.gif ... Pentas 2 intermediate has 6 glass frame on ground floor, even though without sunroof, the natural lighting to inside house are actually not bad ... I can imagine the pentas 2 with courtyard would has almost similar natural lighting like corner/end lot ....

Ya, the staircase is very dark due to the design. But courtyard unit should be fine i think ... Maybe u r right, the near completed unit is facing south west ... I remember the lighting quite ok except staircase ...

Top most right hand side is square land size not odd size number 24. Definately a good deal at 1.1M .... Long waiting list??
