Pentas 2 should be better buy than pentas 3 if inp didnt change anything they reviewed previously.

There are still two unit facing south and north intermediate unit, type A3 and A2, but number 44 and 104 ... Facing morning sun still ok, much better than afternoon sun. If you want more choice then have to wait for pentas 3 with higher price, eventhough pentas 3 start with 3273 sf, 799k, psf is about same as pentas 2 but all of us believe the calculation of total sf for pentas 3 is not correct, it should be less than that. Not sure how inp calculate that.

Taikor ufo post info about pentas 3 in post 1377 this thread, maybe can compare with pentas 2 brochure.

The price for pentas 3 is about 15 to 17 % more expensive than pentas 1 which launched just less than a year ago. Maybe it is hard for people who miss it to swallow the different.
